The Windhoek Vocational Training Centre (WVTC), is located in Windhoek the capital city of Namibia. The WVTC is a flagship institution in the vocational education and training system. Our facilities, equipment, highly competent staff and social ambience give our trainees the necessary conditions for success in career development. Our 2019 Elks Rodeo Queen, Nerissa Arellano! Nerissa raised $379,345 for VTC! In just 8 weeks, Nerissa Arellano, senior at Righetti High School raised over $379,000 to help individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities receiving services at VTC. The VTA was established with the intent of providing skills for employment Manpower Division the training arm of Labor Department that was running Technical and Vocational Education and training programs in many parts of Sri Lanka, this was converted to the newly constitute Vocational Training Authority making vocational training more accessible to rural youth and depressed segments of the country.
